The 1970 Coronet Convertible pistol grip, 4-speed (console car), 383-magnum is in its original beautiful B5 blue exterior paint. ** Drum brake, power steering car with no A/C ** Completely numbers matching with all critical tags and stamped sheet metal. This is a very solid car with no rust through on body panels (western states car). If you are a low numbers collector Mopar enthusiast, you will be challenged to find a solid car priced like this. When completed and detailed correctly, you are looking at an $80,000.00 plus car. Based on main component, options and not just paint color, this car falls right behind the coveted and well known, “1970 Hemi 4-Speed Convertible R/T” which of only two where made!! This car is a project with all the major components completed and ready to detail and install. The professional body cart as well as all new and extra parts are included with the sale of the car. BODY DETAILS: The car has been media blasted, panels properly repaired and detailed, seams sealed, and the underside of car is detailed and painted with the correct factory grey sealer. The paint job is a two stage, original B5 code, blocked and buffed. The interior white was painted and correctly matched. The car is being badged as an R/T with a correct real air grabber hood and removable side scoops. NOTE: Seller has the original 500 hood with nose drop completely painted and buffed as well as the side chrome all include with the sale of the car. MECHANICAL DETAILS: Original 383 Magnum has been professionally rebuilt, (.20 over stock) built with a period correct purple shaft interceptor cam update only, original Holly rebuilt by Holly in box, rebuilt 4 speed, rebuilt rear end, rebuilt power steering gear box, all new steering components, rebuilt factory original radiator, new electrical wire harness, etc. are all included. INTERIOR DETAILS: Top is complete and in good mechanical condition. Dash and console will need to be reworked and detailed. ** New dash pad, door panels and complete body seal kits are all included. The seats are original and in very good condition but need redone. The rear sail panels are in great shape with no speaker holes!
